Pinchy Crabs

While at the beach the other day, Case and I ran across a tiny little crab. If it were up to Case, we would still be there chasing around this poor little crustacean.

I know it is a lot of pictures of the same thing, however: 1). I have an exceptionally awesome kid, and 2). we were there for a really long time. This is a small selection of all the photos I took of him chasing this thing around.

Buddies

We have had so many visitors lately! My mom came out, then my brother and his family drove down to see Case and I last weekend.

Of course, we went to the beach.

The boys had so much fun together. They rode bikes, and Case was gracious enough to share (kind of).And Case was way cleaner than usual, because he is unable to see his cousin in the tub without joining in (what a change from the infamous Summer of the Stink, when he didn't bathe for MONTHS).

Sick

Case was home for most of the week, too sick to go to school.

He felt too crummy even to play Wii until Friday.

The whining has been unbelievable.

He is upset here because he couldn't see the tv.

BECAUSE HIS OWN FEET WERE IN THE WAY.












He isn't eating either.







He held this popsicle until it melted down his arm and fell into his lap.

Then he cried because it was cold.

Flashcards

Case and I made flashcards tonight, to match some of the labels taped everywhere in the house.

He matched them up easily! Tomorrow we'll make more.

Nephew

67% of my nephews are cute little redheads, which make them photograph so beautifully in the sun. This picture is from last spring when they came and visited. Were I a better person I totally would get off my butt and mail this to my SIL.

Saturday

My little guy. Devastatingly handsome.

Also a little crazy.Maybe more than a little crazy.

This is sometimes what you get when you ask him to smile.
