Sand castle

 Can you spot Case in this picture?

 Oh there he is.  Next to the volcanic island super-villain lair.

 Crumbs, lost him again.

 Our little mole person finds being buried to his armpits so comforting and soothing.  Falling asleep this way isn't even unusual for him.

Crab

Rain

 We have been getting a lot of rain around here lately.  I am mean and still make the boy walk to school unless it is raining really really hard.  Then I borrow my neighbor's kayak and make him row.

But it is much easier to see the rainbows on foot.

Beach

 We found a possible favorite beach this last weekend.

 It was beautiful and quiet and the sand was like baby powder. 

 Come see us and we'll show you where it is.

 Otherwise we are keeping our lips sealed, so it stays quiet.

Birds

 Case loves to chase birds right now.  Like a puppy he runs after them, delighted both when they get close and when they flee in terror.  So when a recent lunch at the NEX brought some onlookers, Case was ecstatic.

 Even if they maybe only loved him for his Cheetos.

 When most people feed birds, it is a little less hands-on.  But most people don't experience such pure joy feeding birds either.  Maybe he's the only one doing it correctly.

 This might be a little much though.
