Pinterest totally taught me how to bake that cake. Previous layer cakes have been utter failures.
Pinterest seems good at everything, but the pinterest failure blogs seem to indicate otherwise...
It is at least good at baking flat cakes (ring the pan with strips of wet towels in the oven, so the outside doesn't cook faster than the inside and it doesn't dome up.)
