Yesterday Case and I went to the mall to eat pizza and ride the carousel. As usual, the Chik-fil-a Cow was dancing around handing out balloons to Case's delight.

Does Case not usually like it when you tie the balloon to his wrist?
Case has never let us tie a balloon to his wrist before, he'd rather play with them. This drives me nuts when we're outside.
